Where is this zine shipping from?
All items will be shipped from the USA via USPS with default tracking. Shop prices are listed in USD.
Do you ship everywhere?
Due to shipping restrictions set by USPS we are unable to accept orders from certain countries. A full list of these retrictions can be found HERE.
Is VAT included in the cost?
This project is not responsible for collecting any VAT (Value Added Tax) or other custom charges that may be incurred. Please contact your local custom's office for any inquiries related to specific fees.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes! Address change requests can be submitted through our email. A last call for address changes will be sent out prior to commencement of shipping.
This project will not be responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged as a result of buyer negligence, so please ensure to input your address correctly.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Refunds or changes to orders must be submitted during our preorder period. After preorders end, we will not be able to accept any changes or cancelations as we plan to move into our production phase by that time.
When will digital PDFs be sent out?
PDFs will be sent out once all physical orders have been shipped.
What if my items arrive damaged or are missing?
If your zine and/or merch items are damaged due to mod negligence, please send us a private message through socials or email with an image of your damaged good(s), name, order number, and address so we can investigate and possibly offer a refund or a replacement.
When will I receive my items?
This is a Pre-Order item, meaning production begins only once our preorder period has ended. Shipping is estimated to take place by Fall 2024, when all items have finished production and have reached our shipping mod.
Digital bundles will be distributed once all physical orders have been shipped.
